Digi4you collects the bare minimum: what you send us when you write to us or book a meeting, and the technical logs the site needs to run. Anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement, no advertising, no reselling. Here are the details.
1. Data controller

2. Data collected
• Contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone and company (optional), the services you are interested in and your message.
• Meeting booking: the same information, plus the chosen slot, its length and the format (Google Meet video call or in person).
• Technical logs: IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. They are recorded automatically by our hosting provider to run and protect the site.
• Audience measurement: pages viewed, referring page, country, device and browser type, in aggregate (Vercel Web Analytics). No cookie and nothing stored on your device: none of this data can identify you.
• Cookies: strictly necessary ones only (see our Cookie Policy).
The site uses no advertising and no social media tracker.

• Carrying out and invoicing a project: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b) and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
• Keeping the site secure and running (technical logs): legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
• Following up on your request: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f). No newsletter, no automated prospecting.
• Measuring the site's audience anonymously to improve it: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f). You can opt out at any time with the cookie button ("Audience measurement" category).

4. Recipients and processors
We never sell or rent your data. Only these providers can access it, on our behalf and under contract:
• Vercel Inc.: hosting of the site and forms, technical logs, anonymous audience measurement.
• Resend: sending emails (acknowledgement, meeting confirmation).
• Google (Google Workspace): our info@digi4you.be mailbox, the calendar where meetings are recorded, and Google Meet for video calls.
• Neon: database hosted in Frankfurt, holding only the blog articles (no visitor data).
• Our accountant, where applicable, for client invoicing.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

5. Retention
• Contact and meeting requests with no follow-up: 3 years after the last exchange.
• Clients: for the duration of the relationship, then 10 years for accounting records (Belgian legal requirement).
• Technical logs: a few days at most, at our hosting provider.
• Audience measurement: aggregated statistics, viewable for 12 months.
• Consent cookie: 6 months.

6. Your rights
At any time, you can:

• have it rectified or erased;
• restrict its processing or object to it;
• receive it in a structured format (portability).

7. Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), strict security headers, tool access limited to the Digi4you team, regular backups and maintained updates. No form data is stored in a database reachable from the public site.
8. Changes and contact
This policy may change, for example if we add a service. The update date at the top of the page is authoritative.
